As a runner of three years, this was my first New York City Marathon, not as a competitor, but as a friend + team member. One of the world’s biggest marathons, the TCS New York City Marathon, and this past November 1st marked its 45th anniversary! In an effort to stop slouching, Rachel went straight to the App store to download Nekoze. The free web app monitors your posture and a scary cat pops up and meows until you’ve corrected it. Slouching and “um”s are a thing of the past here at VP+C. Rachel also found the coolest new workout spot.
