Those who know me will tell you I’m detail-oriented. I’m sure there’s a better, more clinical way to phrase this, but it all boils down to an obsessive focus on the little things that you’ll be seeing in future posts. In that vein, I’m getting ready for a business trip and thought I would let you in on my secret for perfectly pressed meeting garb, even if the meeting is across the globe.

Step 1: Carefully fold potentially wrinkly item and wrap in tissue paper. I like to reuse the stuff the dry cleaner sends delicates back in. Eco-friendly!

Step 2: Place in a large Ziplock Bag- one or two-gallon sizes work best and can be reused for years. One box of each from Costco will keep you looking crisp for eternity.

Step 3: Gently press the air out of the bag and seal.

Step 4: Amaze (and confound) traveling companions with your tiny carry-on and impeccable outfits.
