I’m a big little kid. I push peas to the side when they pop up on a plate. I don’t color within the lines (what’s the fun in that?). And the sight of balloons makes me bounce up and down like a pogo stick. But, I am mature enough to appreciate awesome architecture when I see it, like these digs designed for tots.
Dreamed up by David Lamolla, Founder of SmartPlayhouse, these creations are more than just child’s play—they’re inspired by celebrated contemporary architecture the world over, and built to last thanks to sturdy Birch wood, chip free methacrylate windows, and thermal insulated roofs. Plus, each house base is raised on a platform, allowing air to circulate to ward off the icky stuff that a damp floor can yield.
Solid construction components aside, SmartPlayhouse’s swank sculptural structures (four design options are currently on the market) are those special somethings that I think are worth the investment. They’ll make the kid(s) happy, your backyard bloom with style and onlookers awe…for years, and years and years.
So, what do you think…is a 28-year-old too old for one? Nah. Gimme, gimme!
P.S. Hey, Mrs. Lisa Jasper…SmartPlayhouse makes indoor real estate, too. Shall we put a house on the wish list for the soon-to-be wee one?
