Mod, Malibu, Mad Men Betty Draper Barbie…this old gal has more looks than the September issue of Vogue! And come fall, she’s stepping up her style to a whole new, err, level, adding Architect chic to her wondrous wardrobe resume.

Sporting “classic” jobsite clothes—a strapless skyline-print dress, cropped jacket, ankle boots and pink chunky cuff—Barbie Architect is engineered to encourage little girls to consider architecture when dreaming up potential jobs. And according to Mattel, she’s “ready to tackle the daily responsibilities of a real architect in or out of the office.” Uhuh. But cynicism aside, because I really do love Barbie, I’m digging her brand new AIA bag and blueprint case. I suppose she can use it to carry her yoga mat, too. Go girl!
