I can’t wait for spring weather to finally arrive so I can take a trip upstate to visit the Dia Beacon and shop the antique and décor stores in Hudson.

Hudson is also on my must-visit list right now because of celebrated interior designer Christopher Coleman’s gorgeous new store, Christopher Coleman Collection.

Named to the top 100 list of interior designers and architects by both New York Magazine and Gotham, and one of the top designers in America by House Beautiful ten years in a row, the Brooklyn-based designer developed the store to meet a need for well-priced accessories.

His vision is to house a carefully edited collection of fresh, unusual and affordable accessories and furniture that are not seen everywhere and hand picked by color story.

The store opened in December with a black and white story, which was an easy shop of over 40 accessories in various sizes and shapes.
