We’re working with Dimensional Communications Inc. to help Mercedes-Benz bring street style into Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week with an installation featuring photography by renowned street style photographer Youngjun Koo of KOO.IM.

In this digital-frenzied world of endless content, we wanted to showcase the raw talent and ART an incredible photographer presents to the world, while also bringing the STREET into this HIGH FASHION world.

The installation offers a perspective where the only point of access is how you express yourself when you hit the streets. The QUALITY of the perfect shot stands out among the sheer QUANTITY of streaming content.

Throughout the week, Koo will be hitting the streets of New York to capture unique street style.

Then, in a form of fashion performance art, our “Paster”, wearing sleek Mercedes-Benz coveralls, applies his images onto an installation surrounding the GLA-Class continuously throughout the day – it’s the ANALOGUE version of Instagram.

The public can get into the action by posting Instagram or Twitter photos of your street style using #MBFWStreetStyle and your images will appear on the monitors in the installation at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week – transformed into stylish black and white.
