In an effort to stop slouching, Rachel went straight to the App store to download Nekoze. The free web app monitors your posture and a scary cat pops up and meows until you’ve corrected it. Slouching and “um”s are a thing of the past here at VP+C.

Rachel also found the coolest new workout spot. We fancy ourselves as a group of publicists who come up with really innovative and dynamic ideas, so we know good PR when we see it. Hats off to Nike for integrating a fitness studio in its SoHo showroom!
