Since I was a wee chef I was always innovative with my cooking choices—a dash of curry in a milkshake (don’t do that), a touch of oregano in a fruit tart (don’t do that either). While I’ve significantly improved my own skills in the kitchen, there’s admittedly room for improvement. So, naturally, I turn to the Millennial cooking bibles, Tastemade and Buzzfeed Tasty, to get some dinner inspo while adding my own twists. Check out my favorite go-to meals:

My picture doesn’t look yummy, but it is! Try subbing out the rice for quinoa and not including any cheese (it really doesn’t add much). Also, no need to sprinkle the extra salt—if you sprinkle a bit of taco seasoning on the veggies it has enough sodium to get you by.

Pro tip: If you don’t have chicken stock, just add a chicken bullion cube for each cup of water, or combine water and Adobo (seriously, if you don’t have Goya Adobo in your pantry then you’re missing out on life).

Hope you enjoy!
